Full Service floral design is for the couple who wants every floral element of their day to feel intentional and cohesive.
This is where Wild Fleurette's signature style — whimsical, refined, and rooted in the season — comes fully to life.
Full Service covers everything, from personal flowers like bouquets and boutonnieres to ceremony arbors and aisle designs, gorgeous reception tablescapes of centerpieces, bud vases, and soft candlelight, and everything in between. We’ll weave custom floral moments throughout your day.
We work with only a handful of full-service clients each season, which means your wedding gets our full creative attention from start to finish. Every detail tended to.
Here's what the process looks like:
Reach out:You’ve looked through our portfolio and love what you see.Contact us through the inquiry form or email directly (lynn@wildfleurette.com) to share some basic details about your event. I’ll respond as soon as I can to confirm availability. (If you don’t hear back from me after a couple of days, please check your spam folder.)
Consultation & Floral Proposal:If your date is available, we’ll set up a time for a phone chat to discuss your event in detail and make sure we’re a great fit. I genuinely love this part of the process - getting to know you, hearing about your plans, and figuring out how we can create something special and beautiful for your day. From there, I'll create a custom proposal including a mood board tailored to the look and feel of your celebration. The proposal also outlines pricing for each floral item plus design, delivery, setup, and breakdown costs.
Booking: Once you approve the proposal, I'll send over a contract and retainer information. After signing and payment, your event is officially booked, woohoo!
Refine the Plan: We’ll continue to refine the floral proposal, adding in more details like vase and candle selections, etc. We’ll also discuss timelines for the wedding day, confirm guest counts, and make any final edits no later than 4 weeks before your event.
Wedding Day: The day is finally here! We’ll be there delivering and setting up every gorgeous detail. You can relax and enjoy every moment knowing we’ve got it covered. After your last dance and sparkler sendoff, we’ll be back to clean everything up; you don’t have to worry about a thing!
If you’re ready to get the conversation started, please reach outto check availability and tell us what you’re envisioning for your wedding day.
A La Carte floral design is perfect if you want the experience of our whimsical, garden-gathered designs and prefer a simple and streamlined approach.
A great fit for intimate weddings, elopements, rehearsal dinners, bridal and baby showers, and other milestone celebrations.
Every arrangement is designed with the season's most beautiful flowers, sourced predominantly from local Richmond-area farms. This means your flowers will be at their absolute peak, reflecting the natural beauty of whatever time of year you're celebrating. You share your color palette and the vibe of your occasion, and we’ll take it from there. (And if you have a favorite flower or two you’d love to include, let us know so we can take those into consideration!)
A La Carte orders often include the following types of floral designs: bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, ceremony arrangements, bud vases, centerpieces, arrangements for welcome tables, bars, etc., and more.
Mix, match, and keep it exactly as simple or as layered as your celebration calls for.
Orders can be picked up at our studio, or local delivery to the greater Richmond area may be available for your date. There is also the option to add on simple set-ups and installations by our team (based on our availability), for example, adding flowers to an existing arbor structure.
Note that there is no end-of-event breakdown available for this service. You are responsible for clean-up. All floral designs and the vases and vessels they come in are yours to keep!
Starting at $1,000

“Lynn was 10/10 one of the best decisions we made during the process of planning my brother’s wedding...Lynn worked tirelessly during one of the rainiest days on record to ensure my brother’s wedding day florals were perfect...Her willingness to go above and beyond was noticed by our guests and family.
Her work speaks for itself (what incredible talent!), but it was the way she served us that was the highlight of our experience!”
